We have revolutionized allergy diagnostics and have been operating successfully in 115 countries for 10 years with our diagnostic products and patented technologies. Our products help clarify allergies in a single step, for humans and animals alike. Allergies are diagnosed in a highly specific manner so that patients receive help from their specialist in no time. We increase quality of life, enable personalised treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.

MADx is growing: new markets, new products, new audiences. Through all of it, the brand has to stay recognisably one thing. Consistency comes from a clear system. This is where you come in: helping us develop that system further and making sure it works consistently across teams, channels and markets.

We offer:

  • You’ll join us in a permanent full-time position based in Vienna.

  • Take on a meaningful international role in a fast-growing Health Tech company.

  • Thrive in an environment where you’re encouraged to contribute, ask questions and share your ideas.

  • Work with a team that values clear communication, direct feedback and cross-functional collaboration, and knows how to have fun while doing it.

  • A brand with room to grow and the opportunity to help shape how our brand system develops and is applied across the organisation.

Your role:

You manage and continuously develop how the MADx brands are expressed across design and language, working independently within the agreed brand direction and in alignment with the Head of BrandComms. You do not design everything yourself: you brief, assess and guide, helping colleagues and external partners apply our brand consistently and effectively.

We need you for:

  • Developing and maintaining our corporate design, from guidelines and the design system to the asset library and templates that enable Marketing, Sales and internal teams to produce on-brand material independently.

  • Maintaining our brand architecture and naming conventions and coordinating naming projects for new products, from developing candidates through to trademark clearance with Legal.

  • Safeguarding brand consistency across the company by reviewing brand-facing material against our design and verbal identity standards, supporting the brand gate as a self-service system and reviewing material built off-template. Messaging and claims remain with Marketing and Product Management, while medical accuracy sits with Medical.

  • Contributing to our employer brand together with People & Culture, including the EVP, employer brand guidelines and concepts and formats for employer brand campaigns.

  • Translating our brands into physical spaces, from congresses and conferences to internal events and office branding, coordinating concepts and briefs and ensuring brand quality while working with agencies, exhibition builders and external partners within agreed budgets and requirements.

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience working with and developing a corporate design or brand system, in-house or agency-side, including experience introducing and establishing brand standards across an organisation.

  • Strong judgement across both design and language, from visual balance, colour management, typography and production quality to tone of voice, naming and brand wording.

  • Experience steering design agencies, exhibition builders and print suppliers, including working within defined budgets.

  • Conceptual strength: you know how to turn a given positioning into a consistent brand expression.

  • German and English to a professional working standard.

  • A systematic and service-minded approach, combined with the confidence to provide clear brand guidance to teams you do not manage. You explain the reasoning behind decisions so others can apply the brand independently.

Useful to have:

  • Experience with naming projects and trademark clearance.

  • Trade fair and environmental branding experience.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment where claims pass through separate approval.

  • Employer branding or EVP experience.

  • Experience working with a marketing function outside your own reporting line.

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 47,220 based on full-time employment, which is above the applicable minimum of the collective agreement. Your actual salary will depend on your previous experience and qualifications.
